About me!

Anyone who knows me knows that I have been dabbling in real estate for many years, buying and selling properties, sometimes to facilitate relocations; other times to take advantage of the market; and always finding just the right space to immediately feel like I'm home. With a corporate leadership background in project management and customer success, it's time to follow my passion- buying and selling homes! During those career years, I bought and sold homes with the intention of house-hacking to create a second income stream to support my children. It was a lot of work and left me with a passion for the housing industry. Now I want to help others learn to create wealth through real estate. 

I'm building my business on client advocacy, communication,  and authenticity. As a Ninja Installation Graduate, I am trained in the philosophy of building relationships, listening to you, the customer, and helping you achieve your goals. It's not about me, it's all about you! I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and the Women's Council of Realtors. I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and am uniquely qualified to assist seniors and their families in housing sales and purchases.

Concierge services for my Sellers include staging the property for great photography, scheduling the inspection service to be sure there are no surprises, referring industry partners for consultations and repairs, and finally negotiating the best terms on your contract. Buyers can expect comprehensive guidance and resources explaining the purchasing process, easy scheduling to see potential homes, and professional negotiations to make the most of your purchasing power. When I am not actively seeking and selling properties, you'll find me living the Colorado lifestyle: skiing, playing golf, working out at the gym, hiking, biking, or playing with my granddaughter.
